If you've read my review of Karen DeMasco and Mindy Fox's new baking and sweets cookbook, The Craft of Baking, you know I'm pretty excited about it. I've already cooked out of it and really love not only the results, but also DeMasco and Fox's approach to building both a great baking pantry and developing technique and skill.
Cake and Commerce is giving away a copy of The Craft of Baking to one lucky reader. Between today and October 27th, the official release date, readers who are interested in the cookbook can enter to win it by simply leaving a link to their favorite sweet recipe, photo, or blog post in the comments section of this post and explain briefly (one sentence) why you love it so much. It doesn't need to be your own recipe or blog post, but it should be something you love that you'd like to share with other readers. Make sure you enter your email address when leaving your comment so I can contact you if you are selected - if you do not leave your email address and I cannot contact you, I will select the name of another reader.
On the 27th I will randomly select one name (I use an excel spreadsheet with the 'random' function) to receive the cookbook. Easy enough, right?
