So usually I say no to shrimp - most of the shrimp available is farmed in Southeast Asia and is an environmental nightmare (this article is worth the read - you'll think twice before ever ordering shrimp again). But yesterday I made exception. Because it accompanied local, picked-that-morning Verrill Farm Asparagus in a gorgeous, spicy, Thai-style dish made by Ronnie at Ronnarong in Somerville.
