So a friend and I are planning a trip, a la "Sideways", to the Central Coast wine region next week. Said friend had been calling a number of wineries in attempt to set up some special tastings. And promptly forgot about the calls she had made.
A few days later her phone rang at work. Her story continues:
"Just got a call from the 805 area code. He just said
this is Ken Brown, and I thought he was this doctor
calling me back (who was covering for another doctor,
now on holiday). So I said "are you a
psychopharmacologist?" and he said no, and I said,
"oh, because my doctor gave me this other doctor's
name as a psychopharm and..." and he said "uh, I have
a winery."
doh!
he is starting a new winery (ken Brown), and there is
no wine to taste yet."
